Made an order for delivery, stuffed crust, chicken supreme sweetcorn and jalapeños instead of mushrooms. The food arrived and it was all wrong. No stuffed crust, and mushrooms. Spoke to the manager and she said she made a mistake with the mushrooms but didn’t charge me for the stuffed crust so is now going to charge me for a new one to be sent! Absolutely dosgraceful customer service

Both pizzas were awfully made. I ordered two large pizzas and got something which was a medium size, yet they insisted that they were large. The pizza was poorly cooked and it was not spicy enough despite being sold as a 'spicy pizza'. Absolutely horrific service. Definitely would NOT recommend the Erith branch!!

Only delivered half of my order and also delivered the wrong extra dips, driver ran off shouting something which I didn't clearly hear. When calling to complain/ask if I'd actually get the rest of my order the only guy currently there couldn't speak English. I eventually got put through to a delivery driver who walked in, he rudely assured me the rest was on it's way and it was him who delivered to me. I was told "What did I expect?" When I asked why someone who doesn't speak English was left by himself to answer calls. Upon the arrival of the rest of my food it was lukewarm and they again missed some dips that I paid for. I then had the delivery driver call me a c**t on my own doorstep.
