I think this place needs to expand, didn’t seem to be much room last time we went. - I’m a “dine in” person” and like to enjoy the atmosphere. Otherwise it’s as you would expect fast food, nice coffee and smiley efficient service. Car park seemed ok and obviously a good location, even from the motorway...

For a McDonald's,  this is definitely 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and seemed genuinely cheerful instead of having horrible fake smiles. The food was as good as McDonald's gets. It was clean even though it was quite busy when we went. We ordered 9 chicken nuggets and received only 8. When we mentioned this to the staff, we were given 6 more nuggets free straight away. 
Definitely the nicest McDonald's I've been to.

Shocking service.  Waited ages for meal for them to get it wrong. Several other customers were waiting a long time. No organisation. No idea how to work in fast food. This is not a fast food restaurant.  So if you want to wait a long time for your order then enjoy!

Never have I had so much trouble getting my food order correctly from them n previously told me I couldn't have cream on a hot chocolate when I have family that work in mcdonalds franchise and she was trained to add cream regardless as a guaranteed part of the drink, if I can help it I will never visit that store again
