Absolutely terrible visit on this occasion.nExtremely lazy staff, ridiculous waiting times and believe it or not no sausage or egg in the sausage and egg McMuffin only a slice of cheese. I emailed McDonald's to complain and they sent me a £10 voucher.nThey just don't care regardless of what they say.
We only have a MacDonalds once every six weeks or so.nThe reason for this is we can get better and more food for the same price from other local takeaways.nOur order of three Big Macs, three large chips, six chicken McNuggets and two biscoff McFlurries came to just under £30.nWe were handed the ice creams at the window of the takeaway but asked to wait in the car park for the rest of our order.nWe were not impressed with the amount of ice cream in the McFlurries, picture attached, which began melting as we waited five minutes for the rest of the order on a pretty warm evening.nWe complained to the person bringing the rest of the order he took the ice creams to his manager who confirmed the amount of ice cream was correct.nWe then noticed the sauces we’d asked for were not in the order we’d asked for four sweet and sour and two tomato ketchup. The member of staff returned with four tomato ketchup and three sweet and sour.nBy this time both us and the member of staff were fed up so we left with partly melted small ice creams and the wrong sauces.nNot great service and not great value. Not sure what makes MacDonalds worth it anymore.
20/04/24: delivered on a bike. A pedal bike. Cold food. No sauce. Chips, literally white, raw & uncooked!n15/04/25: wrong items. No answer from store, tried ringing every time I got off every 2 minutes.06/124: stars slowly creeping up. Now 2 stars. Driver made 3 stops before mine. Philly Cheese Stack & Chicken nuggets. BBQ sauce requested but MISSING from order AGAIN. Refund requested and accepted!n19/09/24: Order to perfection! BBQ sauce included! Order same as below, but, with the BBQ sauce as requested!n15/09/24: new Philly Cheese Stack. Excellent burger, however, missing BBQ. Requested refund.n27/08/24: it goes from bad to worse. Selected no mayo and got extra mayo on the spicy burger and asked for 4 BBQ sauces with the 20 nuggets, Got zero sauces AGAIN!n23/08/24: no sauces deliveredn07/08/24: our order was correct. Double quarter pounder, chicken nuggets and fries.n05/03/24: door in wrong position. Who designed a front facing store with an entrance with a side entry door! Ridiculous! Food hot this time, and, as per order!n15/02/24: from the Drive Through, food was hot and tasty. Quarterpounder cheeseburger medium meal. Served by a lovely friendly lady.n10/02/23: food cold. No sauces. Chips never seen a frier, they were raw!!! Unseasoned!n10/08/22: Food inadequate, cold, missing items! Not what was paid for!! Plain burger came with cheese when requested plain. Allergy reasons.
Awful!!! Rude/sarcastic customer service, got food order wrong TWICE at the drive thru window and then got home and half of it is wrong again!! Don’t waste your time going to this maccies!!! Lower broughton/radcliffe is better!
Ordered through uber, got the steakhouse burger as a large meal with full suagr cola no ice & fries £9.19nCheesy garlic dipping bread - £3.09n2x biscoff mcflurrys - £5.18 for bothnnReceived a huge bag with the mcflurrys & drink WITH ice, no burger, no fires, no cheesy garlic bread.nPhoned & store manager Adam said there's nothing they can do as its through uber, & the driver took everything as there's no food there.nnPhoned driver he gave us everything he picked up.nnThis isnt the 1st time this branch has screwed our order up, uber won't do anything because the first time we compalind about 3 years ago they gave us partial money back & now say every time we complain that they've helped us once so won't anymore.
