the maldon ncdonalds does not deserve even 1 star. worst place i have ever been. rude staff, food cold, and old, BUT, three times i have been there recently to collect a takeaway order, and they have always forgotten to put the right amount of food in the bag. i live 15 mins from the site but they never get it right and i have to go back. i dont check it cause order is too big each time, last order was for 11 people, but should not make a blind bit of difference, get the order right!!! i feel like i steep back in time with this place, the people who work here are useless.
This is my local McDonald’s and Everytime I go here they get my order wrong, today been through and got black pepper nuggets, to have no sauce so asked for it to then get sweet chilli, then went back in to be told we didn’t specify and then given only 2 sauces, also given a plain cheeseburger instead of normal one. Happens every time, very poorly run
Ordered a fillet of fish had half a slice of cheese in it and no sauce , Asked for a fresh one It was still cold. There’s was so much sauce in it. I had to wipe it out the burger. All I wanted was what I ordered
They deserve zero stars. Every time I order a delivery, it's constantly delayed until the next morning I get an email saying they don't have any drivers. For once, when the delivery arrived, it arrived wrong. I called the driver and he told me that he would just deliver, I call the restaurant and no one answers. I show up in person and they say it's closed for 10 minutes. Disappointing. Terrible service. Shameful.
Sometimes really good. Often poorly run. Often asked to park up, then food is not hot. Until recently never got a receipt. Seems to have improved in recent times.
