They are so lazy to serve customers, they are chatting each other. I ask 3 times but one of the lady crew member from this picture said me, she dont care how long you are waiting but you have to wait untill service. I am so annoyed as i was waiting more than 20 minutes. This store have to closed this McDonald's or change all of Crew members and management.
Really love this McDonald's. It is always clean and the service is good. I have never had a bad meal there. When I go to London, I always take my son to this particular McDonald's as the one local to him is not so nice. I would definitely recommend it.

No body at the till to order, I'm keep calling but nobody is coming, they're busy inside talking about they're personal life stories with other staff
Low quality and is incredibly consistent on getting orders wrong every single time, there is genuinely no reason to ever go to this place and it is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to.
