went to check if my burger was plain and turns out i had no burger. it has disappeared.then our chips had been put in upside down not sure if the person doing our food had beef with us. was funny but would prefer my food to be in one.
LLANDUDNO ,MOSTYN CHAMPNEYS , DRIVE THROUGH -nUsed drive through , wish we hadn’t! Only ordered two items and they got that wrong!! Sadly didn’t check till we got home, foolishly believing that surely they couldn’t get just two items wrong! When we opened the bag the food looked Dire! One burger was only partly wrapped and squashed! We were made to wait to one side for our order and five cars behind got served with much bigger orders than ours! BTW we only ordered a double cheese burger and a chicken burger meal !! very poor service, have used other outlets and the food has been much better.nIf you are mad enough to use this drive through MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY BEFORE DRIVING OFF !!!
Staff were friendly and helpful, food was quickly presented. No receipts available from machine. Only drawback was that the upstairs toilets were closed. Only one Accessible toilet open it was very dirty. Smell of urine from outside the toilet in the waiting area. Empty cider can in the corner, either urine or water forming a puddle on the floor.
Very bad customer service, ordered hot apple pie at 15.39 served cold apple pie which was to be discarded at 14.29. Poor food hygiene
Just bunch of young people working. Busy to chatting each other's.i have asked Fresh French fries and still served cold fries. I told the lady for the 3rd time could i have fresh hot fries and finally I got it but still not drained oil properly. Very unhygienic staff who use broom and served the food without washing hands Shocking .
