Staff not that friendly. Waited a while for a happy meal and a coffee. Good job I didn't order any food for myself. Very busy and hard to find a table. Every table was cleaned well though. I often think the cleaners get forgotten but they do a great job hence the star for them.

Hardly any customers and a 15 minute wait for a simple order. Staff wandering around behind the counter like headless chickens! Some blondie walking round like she's too good for the place, some young lad with no idea what he's doing! Cold, stale chips and flat coke! Absolute disgrace!

The chips were cold and limp. The replacements were hot and crisp but we had finished our sandwich by the time they arrived.

Order was wrong again! And the last few visits somethings been broken. First the ice-cream machine then the hot drinks machine and now the soft drinks machine. Awful. Good service but obviously not enough investment in the equipment
