Absolutely shocking experience today. Ordered food at 10:25 got delivered at 11:40. Cold soggy and not worth eating. Chucked away. The manager off this maccies. Actually let this food get sent out a hour and 20 minutes after. Even admitting that it has been cooked since 25 past 10 and did not replace a thing. Luckily I got a full refund
Teenagers being disrespectful to staff. Chucking food on the floor. There vapeing swearing. And some openly talk about the birds and the bees. Not pleasant when you have young children and these teenagers acting like thugs. McDonald's shouldn't tolerate this behaviour. But more they was asked to be respectful the worse they got.
Ordered some food off just eat. We ordered a big mac meal, mc chicken sandwich and some chicken nuggets. The order went through at 10:25pm it is now 11:51pm and we still haven't received our food. Been saying preparing order for ages and everytime it gets close to the delivery time it gets extended which has happened multiple times during the hour and half we have been waiting for our food. Not happy to say the least. I want my food.
This is the second time this week where my order has been completely wrong and missing items inside the order. My partner went to pick me a breakfast roll up this morning got home to find out it was just bacon I had to rob one of his sausages off his muffin and get a cheese slice out my fridge. All I ask for is breakfast roll with brown sauce
The atmosphere was not good. Some of the empty tables were dirty. When food arrived, one of the burgers was Luke Warm. However, staff were friendly and helpful
