Terrible service, ordered food at 1930 and it turned up at 2130. Food bags with reciepts time stamped at 1959 and 2019 food sat there for over an hour. Have no idea how it took so long its not like they can't find a delivery driver. There are more delivery drivers in sutton than people. Mc Donald's sort your self out.
Food was fine however I asked for ketchup with my drive through order… got to the second window “your ketchup is also in the bag”. There was no ketchup in the bag. I know you don’t need GCSEs to work here but come on guys….

Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend this McDonald’s to anybody in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful to deal with and manager goes above and beyond. Thank you for your service.
2 friends adult happy meals were part of the order. Unfortunately no toys were in the the order, sauces were also missing. Bags were sealed which means mcdonald's staff did not put the items in the. So they either didn't read the order properly or someone stole them. Paid extra for adult happy meals and got standard instead.
