I had previously had a bad experience here 9 months back where the chicken was constantly dry and lacked seasoning each time I’d order and this happened over the course of many months. Due to the constant poorly made chicken, I stopped eating here. After a review back from you guys a while ago telling me to come back and try you again. I was yet again disappointed. Came for the 60 popcorn chicken box deal and I was given short of the popcorn chicken. At least the chicken drumsticks had flavour unlike last time. Was a little crispy but fairly oily under the crumbs. I gave it another shot because you promised it will improve, it appears you fell short again and I don’t think I’ll be back again.
Just gone through the drive through window tonight and can I just say how lovely that lady whose served us. Tina you are a breath of fresh air and you made my day. Little kindness makes difference. Thank you I really hope they appreciate you! Thank you
Had to wait 30 minutes for a small order, while staff were stood around chatting and my food was just sat there waiting to be bagged up.nn**update**nNow the best kfc in my area, really got their act together and provide an excellent service and a high food standard.
