I'd used the drive through before, but this was my first time actually eating inside the Sutton restaurant. It was a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and delicious food. Will definitely be returning again.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a small order, while staff were stood around chatting and my food was just sat there waiting to be bagged up.nn**update**nNow the best kfc in my area, really got their act together and provide an excellent service and a high food standard.

Avoid this place.nnCompletely useless.nnStaff at front of house seem uninterested, waited 21 mins for a mini fillet snack box and corn.nnAt one point staff was aimlessly talking to someone about the day she’d had while paying customers were waiting to be served.nnToilets looked like they’d been nuked.nnSeemed more interested in deliveries going out then customers stood waiting.nnWorst customer service I’ve ever received

2 girls making a TikTok at the next table, so I moved. Great staff, who informed me I could get my fries without spices although not until after I'd already got them, which is why the food only gets a 4. Really don't like the 'signature fries!.

Brilliant food quick service kind friendly staff. Lisa was very kind and attentive and made sure everything was good for us.
