I ordered food including a wrap in store at the till and Specifically requested no tomato in my wrap due to an allergy. Paid the girl for the food then got my food. I opened the wrap packaging and looked in, no tomato fab.nDuring eating I've taken a bite near the bottom and instantly spat it out as I could taste tomato! It was hidden in the fold of the wrap at the bottom.nI made a complaint via the website as I was already quite far away by the time I'd eaten the wrap. So far I've had no response and this was 3 weeks ago now!nWon't be eating in there again as they clearly don't adhere to allergy policies.

After a long day of travelling and working, I decided to grab a quick meal at McDonald's instead of trying to park at the seafront and look for something. I am very disappointed with the presentation of this double big mac. Possibility the most expensive item they sell, you would certainly expect it not to look like this!nOne of the worst McDonald's I've visited.nI must have either been unlucky here or lucky at the others I've visited in the past few months.

Food was fine. Unfortunately it was freezing cold which ruined the visit. Not the first McDonald's visited where it has been chilly. Is it a policy to keep the temperature down?

Looking good inside for Christmas with all the decorations up. The staff were working very hard and were coping well with the busy drive thru. Our food was perfect and we had no problems, good service all round.

Standard McDonald's really.  Semi regularly forget to include food or sauces and service can be quick... or if less regular choices can be slow.  Restaurant generally clean and does the job when in a rush.
