Fries from this McDonald's are consistently terrible. Never taste like they have salt on, and that's on several occasions dine in + delivery. Ordered 3 chicken macs yesterday and they all came made incorrectly.... what is this?
For a McDonald's first impressions were this is going to be an experience with the kids. Once we got our food then seating upstairs was airy and had plenty of room. Couldn't complain and the service was quick.
Girl who brought the food up didn't know how to smile. Ordered sausage and egg mcmuffin and there was no egg so had to go downstairs. Girl took it through the back and came back having put a egg on the one I sent back when I asked for a fresh one she pulled her face.nToilets are absolutely disgusting. No toilet was flushed or cleaned even though a employee was cleaning the sink. No soap in the dispenser. Absolutely filthy.
The floor is never clean, tables always have wrappers and food on them its a shit tip ,mostly get the caramel frappe and it's pretty good,there's always and I mean always a couple of junkies inside or outside smoking and staring at random people but they wont harm you,might aswell call it junkies nest,when I'm waiting for the person to serve me at the front counter there's always no one there and I have to wait there for like 10 minutes while being starving.overall I think food is good staff are OK and atmosphere is pretty bad.
Ordered a few breakfasts, the staff were slow, looked like they didn't care, a few customers infront of me and managed to get my Breakfast after about 20 minutes of waiting, took everything upstairs as not much seating downstairs, two of the burgers looked like they were catapulted together and mine was wrong, went back down for them to be made again, no apologies, waited another five minutes. The seating areas were dirty but it didn't look like there eas anyone to do it, went to the toilet and they were disgusting, used nappy on the floor of the cubicle, excrement on top of the toilet, taps loose, no wall mounted soap, just one hand wash and that was a horrible smell, was told the women's wasn't clean either and had broken taps in them. The disabled toilets that were also the baby changing facilities were out of order. Overall the visit wasn't a good experience, staff not wanting to be there, dirty toilets, dirty restaurant.
