Super area, very clean and super tidy. Staff are working hard making your orders as quickly as possible and service with a smile. Everything was ready within 10 minutes and the staff cleaning tables was friendly and said hellonnWill be retuning
Got home from drive thru and the kids meals were wrong again, 2 time in a month we live nearly 6 miles from this outlet and it was rush hour so I refused to spend another 40 mins each way in the car and ended up binning the orders and ordering from a completely different takeaway. I certainly won't be using this outlet again. Disgusting
Not trustable anymore. We are their regular customers. This morning my colleague bought few drinks from them. As pictures showing when I open lid of the cup to drink it as I don't like their paper straw found this black things inside which looks like mould. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to go there and show them this.
The food was great once we got it. I was left trying to flag someone down to serve me at the counter as my Nan wanted to treat her great grand kids to a McDonald’s and only had cash to pay with. I had what appeared to be the manager pop to the counter but not even acknowledge my existence! I can understand how busy the place was, and would have been more than understanding if I ! and also a que of people behind me were simply acknowledged with a simple “sorry I’ll be with you shortly” But NOTHING. Even other staff approached the till with zero acknowledgment when trying to grab their attention. I waited over 15 minutes before given up ! And told my Nan I’ll simply pay on the self service screen. To then wait over 20 minutes for food due to being absolutely chaotic and clearly making just eat orders a priority then the actual customer infront of them.nWill not be coming to this McDonald’s again ! All of them appear to be going down hill with crap customer service in my opinion. It’s a shame. Takes away the point of it being fast food.
Kids had a lovely time celebrating their birthday.nStaff was very helpful and have pleasing manners despite busy in works.
