Ordered mc spicy and given a chicken mayo fillet. Lady was very rude when ordering aswell this has happened multiple times. Rest of order was ok.
It's an average mcdonald's without any great surprises really. The staff are always polite and helpful but generally it's too busy to be great.nThe service can be slow at busier times especially using the drive through.
I have been a regular customer of McDonald's Toll Gate for the past 6 months and I have always been satisfied with their service. However, I am disappointed to say that their service has drastically declined in the past month. There have been multiple instances where my order was either incorrect or missing items. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me. I always order their delicious toffee latte, but in the past 4 times, they have forgotten to add the toffee syrup. This may not be the first time, but it has definitely been the most frustrating as I also ordered an egg and cheese muffin, but received an egg and sausage muffin instead. This is not something I can eat due to my religious beliefs. Furthermore, there have been many occasions where my kids' meals were missing items such as the fruit bag or cucumber sticks. This becomes even more difficult when I am using the drive-through and cannot simply go back to get the missing items replaced. Sadly, I don't think I will be visiting this restaurant again as the quality of service has severely declined.
If I could give 0 i would. Consistently get delivered cold food, which has been sat for over an hour due to drivers not collecting. Surely as a restaurant you'd see the food not collected and remake instead of allowing it to sit for so long! We never receive straws, and trying to call and speak to someone is near impossible! Start making the delivery orders when the driver gets there, not when you receive the order!!
Great for a good coffee and a tasty grilled chicken and bacon salad salad
