Regularly get a delivery from here but there is normally something missing but Uber eats at least give money back and that’s the price you pay for sitting in doors waiting in your pyjamas . Be aware that McDonald’s app won’t credit , you can phone McDonalds and you get through to India, spoke to too different people including a supervisor who basically said tough and just wanted to end the call , their final advice no credit and to take your concerns to swan close . I took a picture of the plain burger we wanted with the sticker on the box McDonald’s not interested so you have no rights put up & shut upnStick with Uber or Just eat .
Pathetic experience.nFirst the food was cold.nThe 20 chicken nuggets came with no dips although it Is supposed to come with 4 and all was selected in the online order.nThe big chips had same or less than medium.nThe McCrispy bread was hard and tasted to be a day's old. Not fresh.n...and to top it off, the delivery took double the time they showed.nnIt is worthless to order from the McDonald app in Croydon as the delivery defaults to this kitchen.nnFurther update. McD gave 2 vouchers for goodwill gesture because of bad experience. 3 days later when I am trying to use today for first time , to our surprise it shows the vouchers are used. Very strange. It is a scam process. First silence customers by offering vouchers and then the vouchers are unusable.nnNo more online booking for McD from me.
Swan close needs shutting down or overhauling.nWhen ordering delivery it will only let us order from this industrial unit.nI would have thought that a McDonalds that only caters for deliveries would be able to get deliveries right, but every delivery is missing something.nThe order quality is further compounded by the delivery drivers always taking more than 1 order meaning the food takes longer than it should to arrive meaning that the chips are always cold by the time they arrive.nI live in hope the next one may be correct and be delivered quickly.nnThe customer service for the mcdonalds app was quicker than the delivery but still included 14 minutes of being on hold to confirm a refund for missing cheese bites. I spoke for 20 seconds max on the phone call.
I always have frustrating experiences with this McDonald’s kitchen that I cannot recommend. Every time I ordered through delivery, there were missing items, ALWAYS!!! Despite reaching out to Uber Eats customer service, they were unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue or offer any refunds or credits.nI only order once in a while as a treat for my children and when I want a day off from cooking and it’s awful when they don’t get what they want and I have to proceed with an alternative meal.nnIt’s disappointing to deal with a service that repeatedly fails to deliver what was promised, especially when the customer support doesn’t provide any real solutions. Save yourself the hassle and consider other options instead of ordering from this McDonald’s.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered from this McDonald's on Uber eats. most of the order was missing and the rest was wrong. telephone rings and rings until it cuts you off. would give zero stars if possible. This is the second time this location has failed.
