If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Ordered two large meals and the order couldn’t have arrived any worse. The amount of fries received wouldn’t have even filled a medium cup. One of the portion of fries was covered in blue due to colour transfer from another box that had been put on top of it. One drink had spilt over the entire bag so everything was soggy and wet. One of the burger also didn’t arrive. I tried to contact the restaurant to request a refund as this is what it states to do on the McDonald’s app. I tried calling over and over but it constantly went to voicemail. I’ve tried emailing also, still waiting for a response - highly unlikely I imagine.
If i could give this no stars I would. Part of order missing brown rolls and porridge freezing. Ordered through app can not reach anyone there to complain. Called the number in text and the delivery driver didn’t understand and was unable to assist. ended up going through app chat as the app click to contact uber eats didn’t work. WELL THANK YOU MCDONALDS
I wish I could rate 0 stars absolutley shocking service. Order completely wrong/received 5 chips in a medium box/cold food/phone number doesn’t work will never order from here again second time a joke!!
