My friend asked ordered his food and it never came until we asked for it 20 mins later, meanwhile my burger was in a horrible state
Our go to McDonalds on the whole. It's usually good with some nice staff but we are let down on occasions.nOrder at the table is usually pretty quick and haven't had to exchange my toffee latte for a fresh hot one with the cream still visible for some time now, are they finally on the ball? Rarely have problems with the food. Don't use the drive through.nOne bug bear, disabled parking often has cars without blue badges. Frustrating for someone who needs the car door wide open to exit/enter.

I always order take away in this branch.nUsually late in the evening / night when I’m back from the gym.nnEVERY SUNGLE TIME WHEN I ARRIVE AT HOME, I HAvE TO FIND OUT THAT SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY THE ORDER!nnI’m too tired to come back and ask for the missing item, but I find IT unacceptable!nnI believe is not that difficult to count and double check the order before giving the bag to the customer… especially because the restaurant is not busy at the time I go.nn
After the self service machine didnt print the receipt with my order number and i must have missed it on the screen, i waited about five minutes. Nothing. Walked up to the counter and tried to ask a colleague who didt answer my questions. I kept asking, he didnt answer. I stepped back. Few minutes later i asked another colleague who find my order and told me my number was called out several times. it wasnt because i asked with every take away order if its mine.
