Staff were absolutely amazing. Never been treated like that in a mcdonalds. I had my Toddler with me and I was about to take our food to the table and the man behind the till took it for us, he was amazing. Truly didnt expect that. Then when we went to the toilet, the lady opened the radar key toilet for us, was happy using the other one but she went above and beyond for us. Really surprised about the service.
Today ordered a toffee coffee waited 5 to 6 mins come out luke warm said to the manager who's was very rude and had a attude problem. My complaint wasn't dealt with she just said well you just stuck your finger in it I was proving to her it was cold before leaving. I think her attitude is disgusting and to young to manage a fast food restaurant. I feel mc Donald's should provide a better quality of service and train staff better.nnAviod this place I understand places like this get busy and she was only person serving. But not the point they should make drinks to sit on shelf before calling ur number and takes them ages to serve others in front
Came today and they completely messed up my order, gave it to someone else, then tried to give me the other customers order . When I said it was incorrect I was responded to with with 'come again, what's your order?' I then saw a lady walk across the car park with a bag of food which she gave into the window. They then gave her the bag they gave me initially. They then came round and gave us the bag that the other customer had. I looked inside and it was obvious the food had been opened. I said I would like it changed for fresh unopened warm food. Again I was responded to with 'come again' I explained again and she took the bag away, and came back with fresh food, then turned around so her bum was pressed up the window, talking to a colleague. At this point, we were still waiting on a coffee. After about a minute she turned around and poked her head out the window and again said 'come again?' I explained we were waiting on drinks and she got us the coffee, I asked for sugar and she turned around and resumed her conversation with the lady making drinks, who could see I was still waiting. After about another minute of her having a conversation she turned around and said 'come again' I said can we have sugar please and she grunted at me 'uh' and leaned out the window. Again I said can we have sugar please and she said 'sugarrrrr' and got us the sugar.nHonestly, this interaction was disgusting, through out it all, there was no apology just a lot of 'come again' her chatting and pressing her bum up against the window. While we waited.nnHer name was Daniella.nnThere is another lady who I have seen before, and shes lovely, she works alot in the mornings and is always friendly and chatty, she was off a while ago and we really missed her presence.
I hear they removed the chargers because the electric bill was too high. Now we are left with literal holes in the tables. Don’t stare too long, though - no furry animal is going to pop out to say 'hello.'nDrivers, honestly: you have a vehicle, go somewhere else! Or have your taste buds already accustomed to rubber soles and other industrially scaled, chemically engineered products? ‍
Not enough staff in other words had to que for sometime. Insane, the person packing the food is the same person calling the ticket number and sometimes one person at the till. They didnt have any diet coke only Zero. And no digital pads for kids to play
