Orders are regularly wrong, food is cold, even have a large fries with half the contents missing not worth the money if I'm getting half the food and dangerous for a type 1 diabetic to have something be less than I have taken my insulin for. Shocking place to eat from.
Today I bought 5 hot chocolates from McDonald’s, but unfortunately they tasted like plain hot water with no chocolate flavor at all. Very disappointing experience, especially after ordering so many. I hope the staff can improve the quality and check drinks properly before serving customers.
I had a very concerning experience during my recent visit. A staff member named Aisha interacted with my son in a way that I found completely unacceptable. My son politely asked if he could have an additional toy, and the way she responded was unnecessarily harsh and aggressive. Instead of handling the situation calmly and kindly as you would expect when dealing with children she spoke to him in a dismissive and intimidating manner, saying he already had a toy.nnAs a parent, I found this deeply upsetting. I approached her to address the situation, but unfortunately, her attitude did not improve. She became defensive, showed no willingness to listen, and did not offer any apology. What was even more disappointing was that she walked away while I was trying to speak to her, refusing to properly engage or acknowledge my concern.nnWhen I asked to speak to a manager, she told me to go and find one myself rather than assisting me. This added to the frustration, as I expected a more professional response. Eventually, a manager came over and handled the situation more appropriately, listening to my concerns with understanding.nnHowever, this experience raises serious concerns. Staff working in environments where children are present should demonstrate patience, kindness, and professionalism at all times. The behaviour I witnessed could be considered a safeguarding concern, and it makes me question whether this individual is suited to working in a child-friendly environment.nnI strongly advise that this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure that other families do not have a similar experience.
Staff were absolutely amazing. Never been treated like that in a mcdonalds. I had my Toddler with me and I was about to take our food to the table and the man behind the till took it for us, he was amazing. Truly didnt expect that. Then when we went to the toilet, the lady opened the radar key toilet for us, was happy using the other one but she went above and beyond for us. Really surprised about the service.
Absolutely useless store. Ordered food after work. Forgot 2 burgers and 1 of my chicken strips. Drove off without realising. Guy at window was very rude. Avoid at all costs. Id rather eat rats after a nuclear war than go to this mcdonalds. Worst mcdonalds ever!!!!!!!!!
