I stopped in for a quick breakfast this morning and was thoroughly impressed with my visit. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, which set a great tone right away.nnI ordered the breakfast meal with a hot cappuccino, and both were spot on. The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for to kickstart my day. The cappuccino was a real highlight, perfectly made, hot, and with a lovely smooth flavor. It’s a fantastic option for a coffee on the go.nnWhat really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff at the counter were incredibly polite and efficient. My order was prepared quickly despite it being the morning rush, and they served it with a genuine smile.nnOverall, a flawless and pleasant visit. I left satisfied and will definitely be back. I’d fully recommend this location for a reliable, fast, and friendly breakfast.
i just received my order and i didn’t got my full food ordered 8 items but received only 5 items and when i call the mc then they said we can’t deliver your rest of the food now u have to come to our branch and u can take your food . I will never gonna order the food from here again
Delivery isn’t an option from Lea Road as the orders are always incorrect with several missing items. Even collecting the order from the restaurant means you have to go back inside and collect missing items. There are serious issues with how this operation is run/managed and it really needs to be addressed. It’s not difficult to check a list to ensure everything is present, I don’t know how they get it so wrong.
21.07 order placed and still waiting for delivery at 22.40!! This is after first order got cancelled for no reason…?!?! If they are that busy surely we should be made aware and not messed about!!!!! Terrible service as per usual from this chain.nFood turned up 22.51 by a lovely delivery driver who was very apologetic as obviously not his fault a very nice man!!nFood was cold and soggy and not edible!!! Disgusted.
Horrible service. The tills didn’t work, yet they were still accepting orders. I waited 20 minutes to receive my food, and the staff—including the manager—were hiding in the kitchen. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The fries were dry and tasteless.
