Assembled with minimum effort or care, taking far too long. It tasted grey and bland. Someone should have shown staff the photo for inspiration.
As of now , April 15th 2024 the restaurant has had a refurbishment.nnThey've spent £2 million pounds but as a regular customer I can't say it looks well spent.nnIn all honesty I don't like much about it.nnFrom the outside they have changed the parking spaces, which are new now and clearly marked, so that's better, but cars still cut you up from the pay in window to get into the parking lane, so they could have put something there to stop that.nnThe outside seating looks ok, no real improvement on before though.nnMy main gripe is now it's gone the way of a lot more McDonald's in that it's got that small express vibe.nnKind of like they want you in and out and to use your card for everything.nnIt feels smaller and less welcoming , very sterile.nnIf there's a match at Molineux or an event nearby, good luck getting served.nnThe Till area is tiny and I can't see it being able to deal with lots of people efficiently.nIf there's more than 10 orders it's going to be chaos, trust me!.nnAlso you can tell it's a franchise, so unfortunately the managers/people in charge are there because their parents or family members have cash, so you're not necessarily getting the best people working there, more the richest ones.nnGuess it's the way it's always been..nnParking 3.6/5nRoad Layout 3/5nAtmosphere 2/5nCustomer Service 2.9/5nn*Some more price rises over the past 7 days.
Managers on the night shift rude and lie to your face reguarding orders. Was told my order had left the for delivery 15 minutes before i got to the store to collect it my self as had been over an hour and told me if the orders cold to bring it back i was able to get back home before the delivery and the food was red hot like it had just been cook but it was burnt and swimming in greese.
Had a massive order for a kids party, to my surprise it was prepared unbelievably fast!nNeedless to say the fries arent all that when you get home as you would expect however, the service was exceptional
Worst McDonalds in the country. Waited 30 mins for my order, and turns out they had lost it. Loads of cars parked up outside receiving wrong orders or nothing at all. Complete mess. Manager rude and unhelpful. Avoid.
