During my recent visit to McDonald's on Cannock Road, I was overall impressed with the cleanliness and standards maintained throughout the restaurant. The meal was prepared quickly and tasted great, reflecting good standards of food quality.. The dining area was clean and well-kept, with staff frequently checking and maintaining cleanliness. The food distribution area was also clean and tidy. The toilet facilities were well-maintained and tidy.nI appreciated the availability of charging points for electric vehicles and holders for bikes, making the restaurant accessible to a wider range of customers. The layout of the restaurant was clear and well-organized,nThe staff were very supportive, pleasant, and engaged in friendly conversation while serving meals, which added to the positive experience.nHowever, there were a couple of drawbacks that affected my rating. Firstly, the lack of receipt printing at the kiosk was inconvenient and a commonly observed practice. Additionally, the car park is quite small and often occupied by traders' vans or larger vehicles near the entry, which increases the risk of collisions with incoming cars.nOverall, despite these two issues, I found everything else to be of very good standard. I would encourage the management to address the receipt printing and car park occupancy concerns to further improve the customer experience.nKeep up the good work, and well done on maintaining high standards in most areas.
Local resident here, complained numerous times in person about the litter that McDonalds franchises are obliged to pick up approx 100m in all directions from their shop.nConstantly seeing loads of litter all down Mill Lane, been there longer than one week in many cases. Will be writing into offices at Aberrant Group Ltd next.
This is a restaurant we use on a regular basis but after this evenings experience I doubt we will return. Waited 25 minutes for table service and when it arrived was cold and limp. The eating area was absolutely disgusting, sauce all over the floor and tables filthy. Sent stuff back and they just bought back the same limp cold burgers, at this point drinks still hadn't arrived nor the desserts, they were melting on the counter as staff just walked by. Enough was enough, refund for the whole order, over £60, left with 3 hungry kids and empty bellies. This place has become shockingly bad! Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy
Honestly the worst Mcxperience I've ever had. We ordered a simple couple of burgers and were asked to wait in a bay in an absolutely full car park. With no spaces I can imagine they'll be receiving some invoices for dent repairs!nnWhen the food came, after 15 minutes and us chasing it, it was cold and not even wrapped up, just a burger rolling around in a bag. The staff member who brought it was rude and I think a brick thrown at your head would display more politeness than she did.nnHonestly, it was a shambles, by a team who clearly prioritise McDelivery and forget it's the good folks who use the drive thru and restaurants that keep them in a job.
Fast-food restaurant in Wolverhampton Cannok road, which is a few miles away from M6 and M54. The restaurant is a very small one and you may find difficulty to find a seat during busy hours. This serves the purpose and it is open from 6 am till 11 pm. If you are looking for a nice atmosphere for dine-in with family or friends, visit during off hours or look for another restaurant. The staffs are very helpful and active.
