If I could give it 0 I would because the environment is disgusting and the service is terrible. I come here often and it has only got worse. They leave cobwebs hanging down despite people complaining about them. As well as this they take forever working on orders and leave a mess despite having the staff available. It is pure laziness and I could do a better job myself.

I went to the drive in shortly after 11am so early lunch and was asked to park in a spot to wait while they prepared my order.  When the order arrived the chips were like warm and stale and the burger had obviously been around a while too.  Absolutely disgusted.

We waited nearly 20 minutes for our order when we were the first people in store.nnFood was cold as a result and place seemed poorly managed and understaffed. The person that was cleaning that day was more helpful and attentive than any other staff or that manager that day, and she is the reason I’ve upped the service rating to 2*.nnPlace was clean but food took ages and service was not great.

Worst McDonald’s ever- large Big Mac meal- bun was stale, 3 strands of lettuce with the smallest dab of sauce less than 1/4 inch  in size on one side of the stale bun. Chips stale tasting and all of it STONE COLD - the burgers were left sitting for 10 minutes whilst staff ran around like headless chickens. Asked for a warm burger only to be given another cold & stale one. Disgusting

If not the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in, customer service is absolutely terrible, they either don’t talk to you at all or talk to you with attitude. The food takes years to get to you and by time it comes it’s always freezing. They can never get the right things in your order your absolute mongs and I make wonder why u all work at McDonald’s, cannot even make food that’s frozen. Should be shut down.
