Busy McDonalds restaurant at M621 junction near Elland Road, Leeds football stadium. Car park busy but let down with rubbish bins in need of emptying. Service order point screens were really laggy and without paper for receipts a common theme, recently. Food order took over 10 mins for ice cream and shakes - not very 'fast food' service you may expect. Toilet check was poor, needing cleaning and hand dryer maintenance. Left feeling a little disappointed
Efficient service. Ate there at 10.30pm so it was nice and quiet.
Food cold, place a mess, staff looked miserable.. 17.40 and it’s not particularly busy, drive through not busy, litter bins needed emptying, food all over the floor, tables in a mess. I cleared and cleaned my own table.. the guys food order in front of me was wrong.. no BBQ sauce in dispenser. I’m not a picky person but this eatery needs managing a little bit better, recommendations .. go elsewhere. I gave it a three star because I felt for the staff. It was actually cleaner in the car park than it was inside.
Even by McDonalds standards this one was poor.nVery slow service.nCoffee was luke warm. Wrap wasn't wrapped and just thrown together and shoved in the box. Vanilla milkshake had no vanilla to it.nAlso weird entrance to the place means it's easy to drive past.
