DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!nnWorst McDonald's we have ever used.nnStaff are clearly not able to read and order, as there is always something missing when getting a delivery.nnFood is tipid at the very best of times.nnOn multipul occasions when you put an order through it gets cancelled, but the are quick to take the funds from your account.nnThe refund process off the back of this is ridiculous.nThey state up to 15 working days, and then after you have submitted your details, receipt, screen shots and explanation of your issue, you are then forced to go back and fourth via email chasing with the customer service team, this leads to a minimum of at least 20 days.nnFor most McDonald's is a treat for the family which they can only afford on a very rear occasion, and the service you receive is diabolical.nnWill not be using Victoria Street Grimsby McDonald's ever again, the inadequacy for the people employed at this branch have really let the brand of McDonald's down.nnFinally....... Fast food !!!!!!! My arse is it.
Customised my order on the screen but when it arrived they’d done the exact opposite of what I’d asked for.
Ordered a mcdonalds for my birthday, when it arrived I was missing half the food and the food was barely warm. Wont be ordering from here again. Surely it isn't that difficult to get an order right. I know mistakes happen but it happens frequently at this one
I am not a McDonald's fan, but I arrived late at the hotel and I had to grab something to eat. I thought why not McDonald's?! I ordered a Grilled chicken salad and fries. Worst choice ever: the lettuce is almost dried and the 2 slices of tomatoes and 2 of cucumber were probably cut since a day before. Only 2 small pieces of chicken... And the fries, could have stayed longer in the deep fat fryer.nI am not bringing up the fact that you get no receipt after paying, so you have to remember the amount you paid for the employee to identify the order...nI am not recommending the food at McDonald's Grimsby! Horrible! The only good thing was the water...
McDonald's has really gone down hill. Ordered a big mac without pickles and still got pickles. Quality of food has really gotten bad
