It was nice of the girl on the front counter to take a break from texting to cut in front of me at the ordering station I had been waiting for, with a customer who obviously couldn’t read the very visible sign about ordering from them and not the counter otherwise how would they have time to text. Customer service was about on par with the food with lukewarm chicken, raw chips and greasy hot wings. Used to visit regularly, but won’t be rushing back!
Conveniently located with ample parking spaces and also drive thru takeaways! Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Twister wrap is flavourful and fried chicken is cooked well still juicy! One of the good outlet to visit
Food as always was good and what you would expect.nStaff were also pleasant and my order was quickly presented.nHave scored lower becausenAgain for the 3rd time of visiting with my disabled daughter, I couldn't use the disabled bays as they were full with delivery drivers. Not too much of an issue on this visit as the car park was fairly empty but on the last visit, had to pull out to get her into the wheelchair and then leave my grandson with her while I pulled the car into a space, had to do the reverse when I left.nAlso on this visit saw a family leave as they were directed to use the screens but clearly didn't understand the system. Clearly has some learning difficulties but no offered to help them, before I could he got frustrated and left.nDisappointing.
Always find the staff friendly.nDinning area clean most times unless they are really busy.nFood most of the time is hot, only a few times have to send chips back as cold
No way to contact them, constantly ringing with current number. No way to leave a note or select option of leaving certain bits off food via ubereats. Needs to be more accessible.
