Delicious as always! And somehow cheaper than in the US just like everything else over here . Super clean and great little area with a bowling alley, kids zone and right next to the zoo and castle. Great little flat for sale next door with a sweet dog too! Edit: screw the paper straws though, stupidest idea ever by humanity

The parking is small and in busy time is better to drive thru if you get in car.nThere is nothing special in food or service. Is OK when it is not busy but awful in busy times.nI had to clean myself the table. Apparently, the corners are neglected, and the staff seems to not be enough as a number. The tablets are broken, not too many options for a visit with children.

I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s they refused me service in store when i had already paid and my food was being prepared keep in mind I didn’t do anything wrong I was just wanting my food .  Would not recommend this McDonalds as they have very poor staff especially their manager. I am very distraught about this and will not be returning.

Place is a joke!..2nd time ive had to cancel my order as I physically cant wait at least 1 hr 30 mins on delivery!.. apparently only 2 delivery drivers work weekends which seems ludicrous. Standards have certainly slipped in this establishment

I wish I could star this place as a zero! I’ve never had worse customer service from the female manager on the collection window at McDonalds Glengormley on 26/04/25 at 12.30am. I received my food and drink correctly but I always check in the bag for a straw and there wasn’t any so I asked her for one and she replied there’s one in the bag and I said theres not can I have one please and without even looking back at me she continued to finish other drinks then grabbed one and tossed it at me into my car not even in my hand. An absolute disgusting attitude and really disappointed me because all I was asking for was a straw and some manners and for this rudeness to come from the manager never mind a regular employee is shocking!!! People like that should not work in hospitality
