This place is an absolute shambles, complete unorganised confusion, fast food place is a joke !! two  lanes to order pick the wrong one and you sit like a fool while others customers who arrive after you in other lane just keep passing. Finally order your food and your sent to a parking bay 3 to wait 20 minutes an every vehicle behind you passes way to close as bay is far to small, eventually get your food and drive home to find part of order missing!! kids threat spoiled very disappointing call but no one answers phone NEVER AGAIN AVOID

Went to drive through, my son decided half way round he needed toilet, so I went into the restaurant with him, the floor is so SO greasy the floor is slippery and dangerous!!! Then came out and drove off, we got no dips for my son’s nuggets and no dips for the cheese dippers after being asked what dips we would like.  Supposed to get 4 nuggets with happy meal, only got 3. Food mostly Cold

Was at mcdonalds tonight and ordered a banana milkshake with the meal. When we went to pay the server had taken down a vanilla milkshake I told her that she had taken down the wrong order. She told me it was too late it was made and they aren't wasting product so I was going to have to just accept it. What a joke so because of their mistake I had to have something that I do not like

Ordered via uber eats, restaurant lost my food after an hour. They kept texting me every 5 mins to say driver on way. Another 40 mins he was at restaurant, no food remade. I had to ring him. So.in all took 2 hours to get my food. Would never order again.

Absolute disgrace, ordered off the app and it wouldn’t let me collect and messed up the whole order. When I went to see about the mess up a member off staff threw the food in the bin and did not offer and refunds, the service was no help and I have been put at loss to money due to the horrible experience I had with the company
