Really disappointed. Used drive through only to have guy at the till window have his back to me and had to wait till he could be bothered to actually take my money. Didn't give us the grinch socks with order and had to go in to moan. Once home I had a cheeseburger which looked sad and missed all our sauces too.

Best described as mediocre, unmemorable and expensive.nnCharging for condiments is setting a new low point, wouldn't be surprised if they soon at a 20p machine on the toilet doors in their latest profit grabbing methods.nnOn the plus side, the more they keep pushing the prices and the more expensive it becomes, just means its become more quiet at peak times now

Absolutely the worst ever cheeseburger I have ever had in a MacDonalds  and I am a fan!! Cold, flat and awful. -see photo. We were already driving off so couldn’t complain as we were on a schedule! Staff at the drive thru practically threw the meals at us. Disgusting MacDonalds. Get your staff sorted out !!!

Worst Mcdonalds ever visited. Very slow service, 20 minute wait. Food was cold, and very small squashed burger looked as if it had been thrown across the room Into the box. Staff were doing table service, which held everything up. The poor lady at the counter was apologising profusely and literally running out with orders. The floors were covered in rubbish and food and only as we were leaving was someone sweeping up.
