Ordered food, waited a fair amount of time to recieve it, felt like I was ignored. Was cold as usual with burger king, hoping it would have improved but it never does. Shame as the meals they describe look nice but when you get them, they look and taste like it's been left in the bin for a day or too. Disappointing!
Went to newtown burger king drive through to pick up food for myself and a few others only to order a chicken royale cheese & bacon meal and received the burger with no chicken in. Also requested a large bacon double XL meal and got given a medium.
Terrible service. Cant even handle more than 3 cars in the drivethru before thinking theyre running a concentration camp and demanding people to park in stupid spots. Spent over £8 for loaded fries and chicken nuggets, waited 25 mins in the car park before a guy finally brings us cold fries and nuggets.
Had a lovely whopper for lunch. Served quickly and with a smile.nVery clean as well.
The 2 lads who run this place are exceptional and offer excellent customer service. When I was there the discount code wouldn’t work on the machine, but spoke to the 2 lads working there who sorted it out and gave me a discount. Much quieter and cleaner than Maccies over the road too. There is also plenty of parking spaces. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a fast food place in Newtown.
