Pre-ordered on the app. Food was not ready 10 minutes later on arrival. Directed to waiting bay. When it arrived the burger Whopper was cold, it was missing sauces, the bun was stale. The fries were overcooked and over salted.nVery disappointing, this is basic stuff Burger King, the franchise owners should be mystery shopped and inspected regularly.
Terrible service. Cant even handle more than 3 cars in the drivethru before thinking theyre running a concentration camp and demanding people to park in stupid spots. Spent over £8 for loaded fries and chicken nuggets, waited 25 mins in the car park before a guy finally brings us cold fries and nuggets.
Went to newtown burger king drive through to pick up food for myself and a few others only to order a chicken royale cheese & bacon meal and received the burger with no chicken in. Also requested a large bacon double XL meal and got given a medium.
Great friendly service and lovely hot fresh food really enjoyed it. Where is the Gardener what a mess the outside areas look really let's the place down gives a total rundown look.
Only ever ordered on the app and collected. Food was good and on time. Staff also very helpful.
