Some good some bad. Got the drinks wrong and order took forever but I will say that the, staff were very polite and well trained on customer service so well done to them and the manager. The grounds here were in perfect condition as well. The food was fine and hot as well. Not enough parking spaces here it was like miscall chairs fighting for a place to park up while they tried to get the order done.
I was getting food and I seen this can’t they clean it, it will only take about 2 minutes there a a bit lazy and there is a brush nest to it and the music is loud and the bin is full can’t they just clean it up and it’s stinky
Ordered through the my McDonald’s app was happily eating my chicken Big Mac when I noticed there was a short curly hair in the middle of my burger tried to phone to get a refund the manager I spoke to hung up the first time I called and told me I was to contact Uber just for me to spend the next 20 minutes trying to contact them just to be told McDonald’s are the one who I’ve to go to honestly a joke this coming from an ex McDonald’s worker as well all I wanted was a refund
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Obviously they dont know the diffence between something plain and not...aware the staff can't even count to three..nothing has changednnGirl at window panned me off when asked if my cheeseburger was plain and said 'there's no food in the kitchen yet park up' resulted in burger not being plain and having to walk in - I can see why they get the orders wrong 10 of them all standing about talking to each other and not one person deciding to serve me. A PLAYGROUND YOU SAY? finally got served by one of the older ones it only taken me 5 minutes all because the little girl panned me off and everyone was standing about hoping someone else would serve me. Think the place needs some management that are older than 16. Honestly these gen z have no pride in their work. I'd be embarrassed if I employed people with no work ethics. Well done mcdonalds you have got your staffing options right again. Very unprofessional workers also shouting and screaming in front of customers. Honestly I felt like I was back at school.
Well located McDonald's that was missing here. I have been here several times and I must say that the food has always been tasty and looks appetizing. Sometimes the waiting time is long, but they always have a long queue. I give 4 stars only because sometimes they forget about something with take-away orders : That's why I recommend eating on the spot because there are never any problems; The staff is nice and polite. The parking lot is quite large, so there is parking available. Outside, a small playground for children with many benches to sit on. Inside, a lot of tables to choose from.
