Order a tower meal and a tower burgern1 burger had no lettuce, sauce on one side looked like it missed the bun. 2nd burger no lid, no hash brown, cold chips. Just a poor unacceptable service and product.
Placed and paid for an order through the app, drove up to the drive through window and told them my order number and got told to go to the next window, got there and they wanted me to pay again. I told them I've already paid through the app so they give me my drink and tell me to park up. After 20 minutes of waiting my order comes over and is pretty much thrown through the car window. I get home and it's dripping with oil, the chips aren't seasoned and the chicken has no seasoning or flavour to it either. There's no secret recipe to this chicken as it only has a batter on it with no pepper or anything. I don't know if KFC have changed their recipe but please change it back to what it was and give the chicken some flavour!
I recently bought some wings at KFC, and they were delicious and freshly made. The restaurant had clean restrooms, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!
Great location and place for a break from motorway. Next to Starbucks, Gregg's and McDonald's.nClean and tidy. Staff always friendly and focused on customer.nGenerous portions of chicken, Hot Wings, always hot.nCan't complain.
Food was ok, service was ok but at the drive thru we were left sitting for around 10 mins as the headset stopped working but not enough staff in to allow someone to come and alert anyone. Took a phone call to the store to figure it out. Won't stop me going back though
