Great place for a quick break. Very nice atmosphere with a view of the motorway. Clean and pleasant. Food is very tasty and served quickly. I can personally recommend it.
This has to be the worst kfc ive ever eaten in. As an ex employee, I am appalled at the standard this place is allowed to run at. Initially we ordered on the kiosk a d i requested a couple of customizations. There was only one table in the lobby that wasn't completely filthy. Nobody was taking care of the lobby when the restaurant only had a few customers and no delivery orders that I could see, there was only a few cars in the driver thru as well so I can't understand how our order took close to 20 minutes to be ready and I had to take food back twice as the customizations were not implemented. I was close to going back again when i saw the state of the chips we were given that had obviously sat in the hot hold far too long and were megar in portion size. But I felt 3 complaints for one order was too much. Then my daughter who had a hot wing meal must've gotten the wings off of a quail or something, I've never seen wings so small. This is the worst experience I've had with kfc and after 2 years of not eating it, I think I won't be eating it a while again. Would not recommend anyone goes here. Even the bins were overflowing and the staff stood around looking at the orders on the screen and doing little else it looked like.
Not happy. Made a big order and overall the taste was horrible. every drink was the same despite asking for different things, didn’t get the chips for the kids meal and over all the place is not accommodating at all. I have a terrible fear of bones and they couldn’t even switch out one bit of chicken for boneless? Ended up having to buy a separate one piece boneless, by the looks of it it’s all a money scam to make you buy more. Such a shame considering the Livingston KFC is so accommodating to this. This KFC is a joke and will NOT be going back!
Food was cooked fresh to order ski everything piping hot. The only downside was that the rim.of all the cups were dirty. The guy dis go and open a new pack once I made him aware. So fair enough
Order a tower meal and a tower burgern1 burger had no lettuce, sauce on one side looked like it missed the bun. 2nd burger no lid, no hash brown, cold chips. Just a poor unacceptable service and product.
