My mother ordered us food on the Uber app, when arrived the Sprite Zero was empty it had spilt all in the bag, food was freezing, I ordered a cheese burger wanted pickles and none was on it the cheese was hard and it looked and tasted like it was just sat on the side for ages absolutely disgusting would not recommend
For the umpteenth time I am disappointed, this is not the first time I have ordered from this McDonald's and consistently I do not receive my order. I used to put it down to work pressure but today after ordering £52.64 I realised it was just plain irresponsibility as my order is missing half of what I ordered, one Raspberry Choc Pie, one Triple Cheesburger, one BBQ Dip, one Garlic Mayo Dip, one Ketchup Dip and one medium fry. I am requesting a refund for the product I did not receive!!!!
Spacious, clean with helpful and friendly staff. Well laid out with ample parking. This restaurant also has a microwave for reheating of food / warming baby formula. A pleasant visit, no faults.
Ordered 2 large meals and a happy meal... chips and burgers were freezing after waiting over half an hour at the till.. I then asked for fresh food which took another 15/20 minutes to prepare.. when passed the 3 drinks, I then had to ask for then to be topped up as 2 large drinks looked like smalls and tye small drink was early existent... never going back here again. The service is bismal and rude staff. Never even got an apology for their inconvenience. SNIPE is 100x better just their drink machine wasn't working hence going to Ashton moss one
Ordered table service on Saturday. Food was lovely and I was served by a girl called Liv I believe her name was! She was very attentive and made my visit a pleasure! Will most certainly be returning! The mcchicken sandwich was delicious
