The service was extremely poor, and I had a very bad experience. I ordered a large portion of chips for takeaway, but what I received was much smaller than expected. When I asked them to add more, they insisted it was already a large portion.
How hard is it to read items on a list and put them in a bag? Every time without fail we're missing items from our order. 2 mcmuffins and a pancakes missing from 1 order, how can they be so incompetent?
This McDonald’s really need to pick up at standards. It’s always dirty. This stuff is rude. I was being served last time I was here and I member of staff that was on her day off pushed in front of me. I stopped being served just so they could have conversation. I was really busy on this day and did not have to wait around so I was running in and and getting some sweet and running out I had to tell the woman do you not mind but I’m being served. She started to become aggressive all because I wanted to be served and not be stood there for 10 minutes so she could have a conversation obviously obviously I didn’t know what the time that I could get her fired for this but my husband told me later on so next time member of staff gets aggressive with me I will be taking this to head office.
I understand that McDonald's is busy on a Friday night however the delivery time changing three time and having three children waiting and hungry for an hour. My youngest son's fruit shoot wasn't with the order and all the food was cold with half the cokes no longer in the receptacles serving no purpose due to paper bags not being as water tight as the cups provided. For fast food it is abysmal
