This McDonald’s really need to pick up at standards. It’s always dirty. This stuff is rude. I was being served last time I was here and I member of staff that was on her day off pushed in front of me. I stopped being served just so they could have conversation. I was really busy on this day and did not have to wait around so I was running in and and getting some sweet and running out I had to tell the woman do you not mind but I’m being served. She started to become aggressive all because I wanted to be served and not be stood there for 10 minutes so she could have a conversation obviously obviously I didn’t know what the time that I could get her fired for this but my husband told me later on so next time member of staff gets aggressive with me I will be taking this to head office.
IF I COULD RATE A 0 I WOULD , i ordered the large mcflurry and it was no more than half way full i took it back for it to be swapped and added more and they made it even smaller than the one before and absolute rip of and a joke i will not be coming back her again
This really is the worst mcdonald's I have ever used. Been in a few times over 6 years and it's truly awful. Horrendous layout, slow incompetent staff and very long waits. Last 3 visits had the following problemsnVisit 1 - they had given my order to another customer and only after querying this after a long wait did they notice and rectify the mistakenVisit 2 - saw the staff take my fries from the tray to put into a takeaway bag and half the fries dropped onto the tray. She gave me the new half empty bag and threw the chips on the tray into the binnVisit 3 - took 20 minutes after ordering for my single burger item and this would've been longer if I didn't bring it up with them after 15 minutesnnSeriously don't use this place. Full of chav customers and the place is always untying. Avoid
It's a good place to eat food. Especially with kids only eating happy meals. But McDonald's used to be more kid friendly they're not anymore.
The 100% staff are fantastic! But this new make over is terrible ! It’s looks like a toilet block ! Tables outside every one smoking so that’s a bad start . Food delivery is amazing this new setting is not family friendly ! It’s quite dark in side ! The counter is just a hole in the wall from the 1970 ! Sorry it needs sorting it’s like change over gone wrong !
