Pros:nThe facility is clean.nWe didn't have to wait long for the order.nAverage coffee n Parking 90 minutes maximum staynnCons:nLow quality and unattractive appearance of food.nnI understand that there are usually many people at McDonald's and the food is prepared quickly. However, this should not affect the quality and appearance of the dishes. The photo clearly shows that the burger is sloppily assembled, the cutlet is overfried, and the vegetables are limp. This type of food is not only unappetizing, but may also indicate a lack of sanitary standards. This is not the first McDonald's in which I have encountered this problem!nnI recommend that McDonald's pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve the quality and appearance of the food.nnI hope McDonald's will take my comments into consideration and I will enjoy delicious and appetizing food at this establishment in the future.nnThe photo below shows what a hamburger should be and what was prepared for me!
Food was hot and tasted good. The service was good and not too slow.
Food tastes OK but it's presentation is poor. Even when not busy the burgers are thrown together and most of the sauces etc are in the box rather than in the burger. Chips - always feel short changed as the holder isn't ever full!
Had to wait 22 minutes yesterday for my order.nEventually got my order after asking for a refund.nI know It was busy ,not what you expect from McDonald's.nFood was great ,but preferred It when burgers were pre-made.
Arrived at the drive through, guy couldn’t hear us and his audio was cutting in and out, so he asked us to come to the payment window.nnWe then asked for the new deal shown on the digital menus, he had no idea what we were asking for.nnThen he tells us there are no cheeseburgers… at McDonald’s? Apparently there isn’t enough buns, so I asked could they put it in a different bun and was told no.nnSo reluctantly we choose something else, pay, and then go to collect. At the collection window they hand us someone else’s food.nnAbsolute shambles. Never in my life have I been to a McDonald’s which isn’t serving burgers. Staff have no clue and are rude. Totally wrong food given.nnTo the managers, perhaps put a sign up so people aren’t waiting in a drive through queue for burgers when there isn’t one.
