I attempted to ask if they sold larger amounts than two of hot wings that was shown on the menu. Unfortunately the guys at counter could barely speak English and had no idea what I was asking. I ended up using the touch screen panel to find out. The food was nicely done just a shame as this seems to be a fairly widespread problem at kfcs. understanding basic English and servicing customers should be priority as you are in England.
Went through the drive-through last night, asked for a Regular Popcorn Chicken Meal, when I was asked what drink I would like, I asked to change the drink to a cappuccino, which they accepted. When I got to the window I was then told that the coffee machine isn't working. Then when I was given the food, I asked the same man when the coffee machine will be fixed at that point he said that the coffee machine is being cleaned, so he was blatantly lying to begin with. I highlighted that he initially said the machine was broken. My first issue is the lie but my second issue is the fact that the machine was being cleaned at 22:15 when they weren't due to close until 00:00. I could understand cleaning the machine at 23:00 but definitely not 22:15. My third issue is that that food wasn't as warm as it should be.
Food at this KFC is often a bit dodgy, not undercooked but very inconsistent, sometimes wraps are soggy with semi frozen lumps of lettuce inside, but sometimes toasted rock solid and very dry. Need better quality control!
Service was excellent despite being extremely busy with drive through and delivery orders. Food was good for the most part, salad in my wife's fillet burger looked very old brown and wilted and very little mayo so had to order extra to put in it, so that's why it's been marked down there.nThe restaurant it self, most of the tables were dirty, and it was very cold inside.nI have included pictures of the toilets as they were disgusting, urine over alot of the floor, and all the surfaces looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I was looking forward to visiting a KFC as I don't have one locally, so left feeling disappointed. Not likely to return.
Freshly cooked KFC chicken but very dirty dining area and toilet. Not the first time seeing such a mess. No soap in bathroom. Such a potential from kitchen shouldn’t be ruined by the appearance of the dining area. Not mentioning about poor hygiene standards if toilet for customers isn’t cleaned regularly and you might be forced to eat with dirty hands.
