Ordered food from here and genuinely had a bite missing from one of my burger patties. Had so many issues from this place but were going through a positive time with them.
This mcdonalds is an absolute joke for delivery!!!!!! It's always stone cold they obviously pack the order as soon as it's ordered and leave it on the side for half an hour while the driver is accepted and makes his way there. They NEVER put the dips in the bag. Don't even give you a straw for your drink. Give you the wrong drinks and swap out the special seasonal items for regular ones. Never known a mcdonalds like it!
Visited twice in a matter of days when passing through Greenock. Simple main menu meals but had to park up and wait for order both times, grill wait parking full both times. Fries stone cold first trip. Sadly my kid likes maccies over burger king, no idea why!
We booked a delivery through the McDonald's app for breakfast. Took over an hour to be delivered we're only a 15 min drive from the store. They didn't send half the order & when we phoned to complain their attitude was shocking. Claimed it was their fault it was Just Eat we didn't book through Just Eat, would refund unless we went in and wouldn't deliver the missing goods we would need to pick up. Terrible attitude for their failure. Will never use again.
Busy and some of staff seemed disinterested, service slow with some lost orders. Despite that the food was hot,tasty and as ordered. There was one excellent junior manager whose people skills were exemplary. Made up for counter staff who were surly and on the verge of rudeness. Parking was good and plentiful. Why do people prefer Drive thru though? Too lazy, What's wrong with eating at a table
