This is the 3rd time I've been to kfc greenock and spent over £30 each time and the place is an absolute shambles that's no exaggeration. Nothing i ordered was in the bag, it was cold, i waited over an hour. Shocking!!! and was the same 2 times before each time thought they can't mess it up again then once again. Standards are very low now went right down hill. Never stealing my money again.
Won't be back. 2nd KFC that I won't go back to. Placed an order for 2 stuffing towers meals.....none left. Fine I said. Tried to order a stranger things meal. They don't sell them anymore apparently. Fine, no problem. Orders 2 zinger towers meals. Sits for half an hour waiting for the order whilst watching others the came before and after us getting their orders. When asking the carpark attendant, were told that they somehow missed our order. Wtaf. How can an entire order be missed even though it was paid for. I can't leave no stars for this and I don't think I can swear in a review. I should have asked for interest on my refund for the half an hour of my life I won't ever get back. Utter crap, don't waste your time
Standard KFC restaurant decent food at a decent pricenBut the cleanliness of this site leaves a lot to be desired.nThe toilet facilities are probably the worst toilets I have encountered in a long time the smell and the cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.nEven the main restaurant is in need of a deep clean from the various splash marks up the wall, could not decide if it was juice or barbecue sauce.
Drive through bargain bucket! 10 pcs. Absolutely really dreadful the chicken was not freshly cooked whatsoever it was dry and chewy. Certainly not tasty and definitely not worth £19.99 . I’m afraid we will never be back.
Was originally put off by some really negative comments. Staff were friendly enough. Place inside wasn't the busiest. Restaurant clean enough. Surrounding area quite depressing and the boundary of the restaurant could benefit from a litter pick. Drive through busy. Entrance door, button for disabled access wasn't working. Order was correct.
