Busy McDonald's with a drive through on the edge of Ilkeston. Stopped off here whilst visiting the town centre shops. Car park has limited spaces. Plenty of seating inside. Had to queue to order on the touchscreen order points, one of the four was not in use. Food did come quickly, burger was OK but just looked like it was slapped together trying to escape the box, fries were dry and soggy. It was OK and filling but had better at other McDonald's branches.
Id love to leave a lower review but i cant, Worst service ever ordered 4 wraps on the app got there and was no where to park the drive through was packed and all the parking spaces majority was uber eats. Eventually parked paid on the app and went in 40 minutes later was eventually served, never saw one member off staff at the till and saw multiple people walk out as no service, They put all there attention into the drive through whilst there ended up being and i counted as that bored 25 people standing around waiting for food. Id have been quicker going to Long Eaton. The worlds most useless fat food ever there old shop in town was better as they didn't have a drive through to pay all there attention too
Ordered online for delivery, ordered 30 quid worth of food for 4 people and was sent 5 chicken selects and 4 chicken nuggets with drinks!! Tried calling the restaurant 40 times and was unable to get hold of them, now got to wait 8-10 days for a refund!!
Food was hot but member of staff on drive through took ages to serve also think they cater more for food ap deliveries they got to remember all the years before this it was good customers walking through the door times have changed for the worse.
Honestly got to be one of the worst McDonald's in Nottingham. How does it take 15mins to make a sausage egg muffin and a coffee . I could have physically drove home and made a bacon sarnie in that time frame . So much for fast food restaurant
