i use this kfc semi regularly and normally find the staff to be lovely. the food is the same standard as the other venues, i particularly recommend the popcorn chicken. the staff are also very helpful in providing the allergen menu so you can check what's gluten free etc.nntoday, one woman, who i assume was in charge, was rude to her staff the whole time i was in the store. the staff were all incredibly stressed and i heard shouting coming from the kitchen the entire time i was there. i believe her name was lina. i've seen this same woman working before, when she didn't seem to have any care for one of the young staff that was crying. after not seeing her for a while, i thought she had perhaps been fired or demoted for her behaviour, but apparently not. she creates an awful atmosphere to eat in which was a big shame because normally the staff are all very bubbly, having banter between themselves and customers which is very uplifting. it's a shame that the other staff have to deal with an unfriendly team member when they already have to cope with the mistreatment from angry customers.
Food at normal KFC level. We sat in and were virtually the only customers to do so. Everything else was driven through or deliveroo. As a result the seating areas were unclean with a feeling of being in the back of a production line. I won't be going to eat in here again.
Useless branch - uninterested in takeaway customers that call in for food if you have not ordered using the app or through one of the delivery services or gone through the drive through!! - 4th attempt in last few months but each time stood waiting for ages while the one member of staff on the counter was packing all the takeaway orders, more outside orders kept appearing on the screens and customers were coming in to collect, no one bothered to come and take my order, i think im done with this branch now though i guess most of them will be the same - lets go back to the eighties at least i used to get served before the dawn of the idle generation!!
Absolute joke. We went in thinking about the Krushem we were going to eat, ordered on the app where the krushem was, only to be told they don’t do them after we had ordered. The man was very rude stating ‘we haven’t done them for about 10 months’ with a lot of attitude. THAT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE FOR MY DAY TODAY. Do you know what he offered instead? A tango and a cookie. NOT THE SAME
#ROTTEN FOOD & MISSING ITEMS! nOnce again KFC offering the delights of poor service. Absolutely awful. Delivery was quick, but missing items - Fries, Tomato Dip.nI thought I'd give them a chance more like 5th chance amongst other local KFC's - KFC A610 near NCN College, Chesterfield KFC, Langley Mill, all abysmal.nIlkeston, Rutland Street, served my Zinger Rice Box meal with rotten / past dated lettuce as seen in the #photos. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN! 95% TIME, NO MATTER WHICH KFC I HAVE USED, THERE HAVE BEEN MISSING ITEMS.nExactly one week ago before this review, I had this exact same meal - that same night I was severely ill causing me to bed ridden for the next couple of days - now I'm served once more with rotten food! There is NO DOUBT, IT WAS FOOD POISONING as I don't get ill vomiting like this! Now I fear the same is about to happen again.nNO MORE!
