We decided to grab something lighter to eat, and we settled on KFC, the drive through was tight if you own a bigger car or van, you will scratch your wheels..nI personally like a lot of salt, but the mini filets that we bought were next level salty..nThey forgot to give our complete order.nI personally never want to go there again.nIt was clean inside, that's all I can really say that is positive.
I’m an Uber eats driver in Ilkeston. Every time I get an order from there, I encounter very rude staff members who do not care about the customers food. I ask them to give me the customers food to deliver and they ignore me for a good 10 or 20 minutes and I either cancel the order or I have a go at them. I’m leaving this review for all customers and drivers, if you are a customer and order from here and the food is cold, please do not blame it on the drivers as it is not us who deliver your food late. It is an issue with the staff and like I mentioned, they are most rudest staff members ever. It’s as if in their training programme they were taught like this.
I've rated everything 5 stars but that's not the reason I came to the reviews today. Last night I had curry and my god, i knew about it today. I was shopping at Riverside retail park and absolutely had to go to the toilet. I don't think there are any customer toilets there so instead, I did the next best thing. I ditched my wife in poundland, hopped in the car and floored it to your store. I must say, the toilets smelt lovely and almost chlorine like. You could tell it had recently been cleaned as there were toilet cleaner bubbles still in the loo. Despite the reasons I visited your store, it was still a very pleasant toiletting experience. I would've purchased a drink on the way out but stupidly, I left my bank card with my wife. Also, the store was quiet which means if anyone noticed me walk in, they knew exactly what i was doing so I kept my head down and walked out as quickly as I could.
HinI had a horrible experience at kfc Ilkeston on rutland street the food was totally cold when I pick up from the counter I asked them to warm it up again the staff was making faces event hough it there responsibility to make food nicely and serve It hot not oldand cold food we wants after paying heardearn money...so please improve the quality of service .nThankyoi
Food was lovely, but they didn't have the ingredients for what I wanted, so I had something I didn't really want as I was famished. The car park is shocking. VERY bumpy.
