I get chicken selects all the time. Delicious flaky chicken perfect batter so tasty. Literally just got home and opened bag and it has uncooked chicken selects. The batter was horrible and they were a weird yellow colour I think you have old oil. Disgusting as I ate 2 before I realised as I covered them in sauce. Feel sick now.
Visited at 2:30 on a Tuesday. Maybe 3-4 tables occupied. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a pie and coffee before getting the attention of staff. No apology for the wait, no concern at all outside of “we’ll do you a fresh coffee now”. Customer service who? I know reviews are important to corporate sometimes so if you’re reading this - less meetings at the kitchens and more sorting the orders out maybe? Thanks
Warm welcome from Holly and Samantha. They delivered piping hot food to the table with a smile and offers of anything they can do for us. Felt like a restaurant dining experience because of these two staff. Thank you for your kindness and general all round excellent service both
Had such an expectation for newly opened McDonalds, we got all of our burgers cold, most of them with burned meat and bread, and plane double cheeseburger that my son accidentally ordered with one slice of meat we received with 2 slices of cheese and 0 meat. Service was slow, but we could see stuff standing and chatting while chips were burning. Had to begg for a paper bag, which I previously paid for, and a bunch of other customers coming to complain about their food. Sorry guys, you lost me.
Fast ordering at the machine and delivered to our table, very tasty today and hot. Easily parked in a disabled space right outside. Toilet was clean. A great visit all round today.
