Every time I order at Spitty KFC  I don’t get what I order, tonight I paid £30 for a bucket where side missing . Shop can’t be contacted , just eat no answer. I order several time and allways happen the same , is looking like staff don’t pay atention to costumers request.

Drive through staff member was not particularly helpful. Asked for coke & was told 'we don't have that' - not given an option for other drinks, or even 'is Pepsi ok?' Seems a bit like they're lackng basic customer service training. Otherwise, fine.

Disgusting, plain and simple.nTables and floor sticky food debris everywhere.n3 chicken piece meal, meat lukewarm, bone hotter than molten lead, skin fatty and slimey, grease or some type of liquid running out of it, clearly this had been microwaved, fries over seasoned. No offer of a refund no apology.nCookies, unless you have dental insurance, just don't, your teeth will suffer life changing injuries.nI'll stick with BK and Miss Millies.
