im absolutely fuming.took myself to mcdonalds to get the kids some food then i get a drink thats half full!!!! food was cold when i got it. rang then up and the woman on the phone started getting cheeky.i dont care if the ice machine doesnt work you must fill the drinks too the top!
Staff do not know what they are doing, a simple order on the 3 for £3 menu and they get it WRONG. Not even the manager could get it right, eventually gave a refund only to find that it was £1.69 SHORT. Phoned to enquire, the young lass on the phone was VERY RELUCTANT to assist, then hung up the phone on me. This I will now go on to report to HEAD OFFICE on Monday,see if can get some sense from there. All in all, after our !st and only visit there we will NEVER return. This place could do with a staff revamp perhaps as, there was NO customer satisfaction.
Food was cold and dry, tables were not cleaned, not enough staff working, the manager was shouting at staff across the restaurant and then had the cheek to go round to people eating, using their phones to submit reviews himself. So if there's good reviews, they've been done by the manager without the customer having any input. Won't be going here again
Ordered a meal via the Macdonalds app , food turned up cold , ordered large meals , quantities where more consistent with small meals , food missing , returned the entire order to the store , showed the person whom I spoke to the state of the order and asked for the order to be remade , was told in no uncertain terms that they would not either remake or refund the order . They didn’t even care that the meal was sub standard .nOnly got refunded for the missing item
Just been to the drive through the chips were stone cold and the fillet o fish was like warm
