Very poor service. No wonder it's virtually empty, no traffic. Customer service is the worst I have seen around here.
Absolutely embarrassing service. We decided to treat ourselves, last day at work for Christmas. We made a near £60 order, you would expect such order to be checked to make sure it’s correct. When we got it half of the items were missing, I also ordered a stuffing stack which came without stuffing, how can you forget the one thing that makes it a stuffing stack. Oh and if you have an issue with your order don’t bother trying to call because they just won’t answer. What a waste of time and money.
Food was cold, crushems tasted watery. Customer service was poor. The woman serving shouted our number when we picked order up they were missing drinks so I took food to table and went back said you haven't give drinks the woman replied yeah she doing them now. Definitely, wouldn't rush back in a hurry. Probably wouldn't at all.
Drive through... Ordered mighty bucket for one and hoping for anything other than chicken legs but got 2, then to my disbelief I received 2 hot wings but looked like they had been stripped of all chicken then breaded and recooked 3 times.... Both of them! Chicken strips and gravy were ok but the chicken strips look like they've shrunk too, absolutely appalling food standards and they are literally robbing the public blind
Food always tastes great but every single time we order there are no sauces!! Kfc is our go to takeaway and out of all the times we’ve ordered 9/10 times there are no dips, it’s just expected now that we won’t get any when we order. Not good service with it being so frequent
