Ordered food for home delivery for my kids and never got straws for the milkshakes and when I called to ask why the hadn't put them in the order I got asked if I could just give them it in a cup? What kind of crazy people work there that that is there mindset as the milkshakes come in a cup and this isn't the first time this has happened but about the tenth.

Absolutely rubbish, waited 2 hours for delivery and food would have been hotter if I’d taken it out of the fridge. Step up your game and sort this out, wasn’t that long ago I ordered and after 3 hours and kids moaning my order was still  nowhere to be seen. It’s meant to be FAST food!!  Would not recommend ordering from kittybrewster.

It is impressive to come to this establishment every morning and no matter how much I say good morning no one responds with education, all you say is that you want to.

Smells like sewage! Something is wrong. Entire restaurant reeks of sewage. We complained in person over two weeks ago. When we got in the lift the stench was so overpowering I had to cover my nose, started retching and the baby burst into tears. We could not eat there. Today we walked in, turned around back out again. How is this sanitary for a food establishment?
