I went for the Gravy Box Burger.nI had one when they first came out a year or so ago. That one had the special hash brown with the dent on one side for the gravy upside down and welded to the burger with cheese so I couldn't put it the right way up.nThis time they forgot how to stack a burger, put the cheese on the side and continued from there. How hard is it to land a slice of cheese on the chicken instead of the side of it.nOne star off for that.nSecond star off for soft drink choice. No regular Pepsi. Not like they ran out. They don't stock it at all. I can't drink diet drinks. They don't agree with me. It means either I need to get a can of something drinkable before I order from your shop, or I go across the road to McDs.nAnd don't act like your products are healthy because you only stock diet soft drinks.
Went in to order a meal only to get it shoved at me and then turned her back. As I am disabled, walking with two crutches, no help from her. Not even at the door when, a couple of teenagers helped me with that. Piss poor service and the food was overcooked chicken and fries were disgusting. DON'T GO NEAR THIS ONE.
Was served by Ugne Oognee? Ugny? Lithuanian girl and she was a wonderful energy and face to be served/greeted by. Food was excellent as per what I'm used to.
Food was better than recent experiences at both BK and McD. Lots of rubbish on tables, people are so lazy not using the bins.
The service and taste are good, the only problem is that you can't take orders from the app. This is a drive-thru
