I ordered quarter pounder meal and wrap of the day from Macd through Deliveroo, and as usual, they never remember to include the correct item in the bag. Surprisingly, this time, there were no chips as well as dips, and instead, thanks to the best packing, I received 100 ml of hot chocolate. The best support ever. Only this branch is experiencing problems, and I have never been happy to purchase food from this branch.

Honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! The first time we went in to order and it was so clean in there and our food arrived quickly. Second time we went through the drive through and our food was ready within 1-2 minutes - I was so surprised by how quick it was! Food was piping hot. Definitely recommend
This is actually my favourite McDonald's in Kent. Staff are quick when serving and they're polite too. Chips are always well cooked and crispy. They can get very busy, especially around 4pm, when most parents has just picked their kids up from school. Parking: They have a decent parking size.
Unfortunately very slow service and burgers barely warm. The cheese wasn't at all melted and the meat was almost tepid. McDonald's quality not like it used to be.Food: 3/5
Got mcdelivery and got none of my items. The only thing I got was chips and even they we're cold and 2 hours late... Not impressed one bit. Never ordering from here again. Not their first time, on top of that I didn't even get a full refund. Dietary restrictions: I am also diabetic which shows they don't care about their customers.
Waited 40 minutes for food to arrive. And was like warm at best when it arrived, fries were soggy and cold Two disabled parking bays being used by drivers waiting for drive through, refusing to move to let disabled users access. Utter chaos in the restaurant. If there was a manager in duty then they need help!! 7HFD-MZHF-N3FC
Was served chilly chips but a nice young lady replaced them quickly. Busy with after school trade and staff were friendly. Reasonably clean and tidy.Food: 3/5
Drive through had both lanes open but they served four cars on the opposite lane and totally ignored me. I drove round to the cash window and explained, only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted to order anyway!! Wasted nearly 20 mins of my time and I drove away empty handed!!
9/10 times something is wrong with the order and have to go back or have to wait absolutely ages in car park, when it's good it's good, when it's bad it's terrible and as one of the managers said "what can we expect the staff are litraly kids"Food: 4/5
