Not busy but plenty of staff ordered a breakfast to eat in. No table service available so ordered at auto station and waited for food. The tomato ketchup dispenser was empty so I asked for some ketchup and was charged 10p even though I was eating in and it’s free when dispensed. Young lady serving me had zero customer service or people skills. I guess you get what you pay for
The staff is very young and immature. On phones, chatting away. No customer service whatsoever. That is fine, but I also received the wrong order, and the food was the worst McDonald's meals I've ever had. I had 2, one double cheeseburger and a quarter pounder. Both very, very dry. They are skimping of pickles, sauce, etc. I like to try McDonald's in different countries. Every other country was great, except this one. This is, by far, the worst one. I don't write reviews, so that alone should say something.
Popped in for a late brekkie. Machine's wouldn't take payment but could order with them. Counter staff were not that great when explained, no apology no explanation. Food was lovely. Wasn't very busy at the time we visited. Parking: The car park is usually quite full, drive through does que through the car park so can be difficult to park at times. Wheelchair accessibility: Has slopes and doors are reasonably flat areas.
As much as I have been critical of this venue, today I have little to fault them on. We dined in and ordered through the app. Food arrived quickly and was all correct.Food: 4/5
They messed up the order but were very nice about fixing it immediately. Can someone please enlighten me as to why staff have to wear snood over beard but not moustache and if snood is enforced, why not hair nets?Food: 5/5
Food is always hot and service always prompt. Atmosphere is what it is at a maccies but we only use this one compared to others in the local area as this one is much better.Food: 5/5

The quality has been dropping lately... recently I ordered a veggie deluxe burger and got a spicy veggie one which is a wrap... they've started charging for dips and often forget to put them in your bag. Most recently they also didn't give me a receipt so i couldn't even get the missing bits of my order because I had no proof!Food: 4/5
Been given the wrong order on numerous occasions including ingredients onion etc which we said the person who it was for is allergic too. Never fill up the fries properly either, this is a thing that McDonald's like to do especially when you get a drive through. Took over 30 minutes to receive order to then get home and find out all the meals were full of ingredients that couldn't eat. Waste of time, money and food.
Cold under cooked double bacon /egg muffin paper was ripped that it was wrapped in cheese stuck to paper also dirt on bottom of paper looked like it had been dropped on floor / cold hash brown wouldn't give me refund due to no receipt due to machine not giving out !!! Manager wouldn't even give me head office No' or address and I was accused of throwing food at counter staff lol very slow service and very rude staff who lie!!! And told I couldn't have money back or another breakfast muffin. never again should of learnt my lesson because previous time I went there I was charged £94 for a cheese Burger
