Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave… the meal tasteless even my dog would not eat it… keep it food awful. If the chicken was alive I think it would leave as quickly as we did never again.. The place is a ****hole food warm staff don’t give a *****.
This a prime example of what KFC should taste like. It has improved massively. The place is clean and tidy inside and out. Food was prepared very well and had all of the things as requested, with no errors. Perhaps the best KFC I've had in a very long time. Parking: Large number of spaces with easy access. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible spaces to front.
Waited 20 minutes, because our order had been missed. Apology from staff was half-hearted. Hot chocolate hadn't been stirred and so all the flavouring was in the bottom of the cup. By the time we stirred it, the powder had been standing too long and was gloopy, so it didn't mix with the milk. When I complained, the girl at the counter frowned at me. Tables looked dirty. Very disappointed. Won't use this KFC again.
Their food quality are very consistent --- Always bad! Overcooked hot wings, extra small chicken as dry as mummy......oh and if you order bucket there will always be something missing. I thought these fast food like Mc Donald's supposed to offer the same quality no matter from which branch? Not to mention staff are extremely slow paced and most of the time in a state of chaos, trying to figure out what is happening. I love KFC but not this branch. The branch in Hamptons I would give a four star.
Awful, I’ve had bad meals here a few times and keep giving it the benefit of the doubt thinking, it’s fast food. It’s not hard, I must’ve just been unlucky. These places are all the same! So given that logic, it’s actually an achievement for them to be as bad as they are. There was only one car in front of me, yet we waited an age to order. On driving round to pay and collect, someone has driven up the one way system the wrong way and was being served at the window. We waited 7 mins until they were handed a bag and backed out. I’ve never seen the likes of it. Then had to wait again on my order. 17 mins for a fast food drive thru? Nope. And not just this once, every time. Then the food arrives, cold, hard and dry. No redeeming qualities whatsoever. Genuinely and consistently the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to.
Calling it fast food Is laughable. I was the only one in the restaurant and I was waiting nearly 15 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken and chips, which came out wrong. Amazingly online orders and drive through take precedence over us idiots who go into the restaurant. Wanted to give it 1 star but the chicken I eventually got was nice.
They got the order wrong. The screen where you order food on worked but it didn't give you the peace of paper with the number on it. There hot drink machine was broken and my dad had ago at them about the hot drink machine the cleanness In the place wasn't the best. The screen that says when your number that is on there that was broken I will definitely never go to this KFC again not the best I do y recommended it.The beans were very dry not in the sauce they were ment to be in Also get a bigger parking space out the front it is very small to get a car in it Parking: Huntington front parking space out the front of KFC it is not big enough maybe make it more bigger then it was
Not been to KFC for ages and won't go again for ages. OK lousy food is due to franchise but service down to franchisee. Spoke to locals who only go about once a month due to poor service. On way out I joked with man at door-you are brave going in there. Is it busy he asked. No I said then he butted in - service is shocking I know but the kids want it. The experience was salvaged by the locals who somehow smile thru accepting poor service. This KFC must be losing a fortune due to poor, slow service.
Attention to detail poor. Had to return. Even after returning, the order was wrong again! Very VERY VERY slow to fix the issue. Took 20mins to get me a Zinger burger with no Majo. They evntually got it out…but only after I asked for a refund. The replacement order however, was wrong…AGAIN!
Not polite, and app lead table service is non-existent. Came first thing on opening so food was quite fresh which was nice. However, we sat and ordered on the app using table service, yet the man at the counter just stood shouting a number out which we realised was us after he continued shouting it out looking in our direction ...this is not table service and not the 'we will bring it to your table' which the app states - and NO they were not busy, there was one other person stood waiting for an order. They also missed a bit of chicken from a box meal, when we asked about it he assured us that it was put on the tray. Disappointing. Should've gone to Mc Donald's!
