Disgusted and shocked. Cold food. Reheated mozzarella sticks. Missing straw/sauces. Rude staff. Waited ten minutes in an empty drive through, just to get a wrong order and one with insects in. Literally opened my “sealed” wrap and a fly crawled out from under the lettuce. Vile. Fuming. £10 and 20-25 minutes wasted. Food binned.
Would love to give Zero star. Absolutely dissapointed, took a really long time to take the order through an empty drive thru, and then waited long to get the food. Display shows products they hardly ever have, showing deserts but no deserts and the big tasty with bacon I bought was tasteless. Looked like dog food, little sauce and cold. Had to go hungry as I'd driven away. And this is the second time this has happened to me at the same store. Called to speak to someone, was immediately dropped and blocked.
Over 1 hour in the drive through queue and your stuck so you can't get out once you are in it. Really really filthy inside staff aware and are walking over it photo attached. Didn't think I'd say this but its worse than Norton!
Worst service ever. The waiting time for everyone was more than 30 minutes. Instead of making sure that the staff are able to cope up with the orders, the manager or supervisor was just chatting in one corner. He even had the audacity to call one staff over to join them. I mean, he can obviously see that the customers waiting are piling up. He should have the initiative to do something about it. We told him about our order, and what he did was, he took our receipt and just set it aside. I understand that some are probably really busy doing their part. but you can see that there absolutely is a lack or organization. The orders are just being set aside and not worked on, not unless someone follows up on it. Also, one girl staff, who I was trying to follow up our order with...she just stared at our receipt, nodded, and walked away. I hope they work on a better service.
Disgusting! Waited an hour for our food whilst the staff served people that ordered after us. Had to go ask to remind them we waited that long which is ridiculous. In a place where you expect it to be clean environment as they serve food, it was all over the floor and dirty. Never ordering from there again
If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful. We Had to wait an hour for food. Order was half missing when it arrived and barely warm. So then had to go up and ask for the rest. Haven’t ever seen service like this before. The staff were lost , had no clue what they were doing at all. I think the team need training on how to actually give good customer service. Worse service ever.
How do you give somewhere zero stars? Visited during a quiet Sunday night, placed our order at 20:55, at 21:25 we were still waiting for our food! I have literally made my own burgers from scratch in less time than that, all because apparently they were waiting on the cheese bites.. Food eventually got brought out to us, what an absolute waste of money and time. All of the food apart from the cheese bites was cold. The fries, not only were they cold, but seemed to be wet?! Cheese burgers were frankly, disgusting. Dry, stale crumbling bun. Burger drier than the Sahara, and missing any sort of sauce, gherkins etc. Tldr; Empty drive through, 30 minutes to get cold, stale food. Never again
We got 2 really stingy portions of fries, so rather than being a one off, whoever was making them really wasn't putting enough in. They were also soggy and pretty disgusting. They also gave us one regular soda and one diet despite us putting down the literal same meal twice, so I don't even get how that happened. Good job I'm not a diabetic. And to top it off, they were setting orders to complete before serving to boost their stats. Our meal was removed from the board about half way through the cook time. Oddly they were getting meals up pretty quickly so I'm not sure why they'd do that.
Waited today for 35 mins. I asked for an update on our order.. Couldn't even tell me how long it would take? People had waited up to an hour. Absolutely crazy. Clearly the greed of McDonald's has put pay to any service.. Sure isn't fast food anymore. We had to have a refund and left with three hungry children.
Awful. Lovely 35min wait for 3 meals in a half empty and half closed restaurant Fast Food. Watching staff members laughing and chatting behind the counter whilst a lobby host taking you for a ride completely avoided anything remotely dirty on the disgusting floors customers walking around chips etc, all over the floors in the ‘open’ section around us and instead concentrated his time in the empty section doing NOTHING but buying time until the end of the shift cringe worthy. Waited and waited to then receive an incorrect order and had to return to the tills to queue amongst other customers also wondering what the delays were. Magical. Who ever was in charge tonight was not in charge.
