Most trips to McDonald's these days I use the App which is much quicker than the drive thru and ordering in the restaurant and you don't have to exist your vehicle. This is perfect for those how have disabilities and for families with impatient kids. The App also gives you offers so you can collect points towards free food or donating to charity. However McDonald's FRIES : Portions are getting smaller !!!
We ordered McDonald’s breakfast on the Mymcdinalds app, paid for it everything. I went to check order status and it said it was delivered but we didn’t receive any food. Called McDonald’s and the girl on the phone was beyond rude and impatient and I know first hand from working in retail it is no acceptable to speak to a customer is such a way. They said they basically couldn’t do anything about it and to contact Uber eats. This is the 2nd time this has happened and it’s disgraceful. Would highly suggest that they either discontinue delivery services or get their own self employed drivers and this is peoples hard earned money and they’re paying for goods they haven’t received. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and would highly recommend some staff training on customer service
Google maps states open 24hrs, arrived at 2am, drive thru closed, automatic doors did not open but lights on and people visible inside. Attempted to order online again ordered not going through waited for half an hour but never confirmed . Saw Employee leave at 2am with drink and meal bag but again doors not opening and cones in front of drive thru. Would not recommend.
The chips are not potatoes and are terribly salted and artificial full of msg. According to my very good friend, it is "rubbery". They are like two percent potatoes. Parking: There was no parking left
The food is always warm and they never get your order wrong, however, be prepared to be very patient. No matter what time of the day I went there, there's is always way too many people queuing either at the drive or inside even tho they have loads of employees Vegetarian options: Getting better now that they do the Mac plant Parking: Free parking, but people needs to learn how to deal with their rubbish
OPEN YOUR COFFEE CUP. Each and every time I order a toffee latte, the cup is half full, no cream and syrup. EVERY TIME!
the burger i got had blue mold on the burger + bap red sauce was brown and the onions were green. chips were cold wet and not fresh. the staff are horrible to customers. Parking: can’t get a a space and staff kicked me out.
It isn't the best MCD about always seems to close earlier than normal. Or runs out of food been down a few times and around 6.30 and don't let anyone in some times you can't get Coke zero or nuggets. Staff are still very helpful and friendly and is always clean.
No ice-cream available at 4pm on a Sunday. Waited 20mins in the drive through. Coffee was ok. Will update rating if ice-cream available next time.Food: 3/5
I'm coeliac so not much on the menu for me here. It's very clean, reasonably priced and the coffee is very good and cheap as chips see what I done there
