This place is lovely. I understand that it was Dinner time, it was busy, food a bit delayed, but overall good. Great customer service. Friendly faces also.Food: 4/5

Went to McDonald's for a quiet breakfast. Went to the wrong place for that. The staff had a huge row in the kitchen and were yelling so loudly at each other using the most profane language it was a disgrace to everyone involved. A gentleman who was waiting for his order at the counter had to ask to speak to the manager, and expressed his total disgust at the yelling and the profanity used. I agreed with this gentleman and I let the staff know it. I have never experienced such a debarkle as in this instance in what I would consider one of the biggest restaurants in the country. Totally spoiled our breakfast at this establishment, will think twice before using this establishment in the future.

My husband and I have enjoyed mcdonalds as a convenience and of course as a fast food chain they maintain their flavour and quality of food. But I will say there have numerous times now where we have something wrong with our order. We are creatures of habit and typically order the same thing.. well we have been served stale fries, I order the quarter pounder with cheese and every now and then I need to order it with no onions as we have a friend that's very allergic which is what we asked TODAY and when I checked my burger it was full of onions. The most common thing they mess up though is we more often than not get one of our cokes as diet which we always order classic coke which ALSO happened TODAY. I have also requested extra pickles multiple times and there's only been one time that has been done, ALSO didnt get that today. We are regulars as they are necessary at times when we are very busy, but I have become pretty frustrated at this point with the lack of attention. And yes I have worked in food industry before and its not always easy but these are definitely things that can and need to be improved upon if the effort/teamwork/communication is put in. Would appreciate the effort to improve.

We were hungry on saturday at half 3 in the morning and she doesn't want to serve us because we didn't have car. Shame on you Mc  Donalds Antrim manager!

Place is a joke for delivery, I made a big order received it was missing 2 large fries. Rang the store they told me to go onto the app and re order again something small which came up to 10 pound something mind you and I would get my large fries that were missing from my first order . Received the second order and the fries weren’t there!!! Uber driver had said he mentioned it to them and they said they’re ‘ too busy’ are you for real?? That’s your excuse , the fries weren’t even for me they were for my kids. Absolute joke!!!

I am going from when it's open I usually buy always 2 chids meal for my girls they always forgot to put the ketchup, honestly I don't understand why they can't put the ketchup and salt in the bag .

Food was ok girl who served us was lovely but we could here a girl & fella in the kitchen the language was terrible a man actually asked for the manager & complained the whole place clapped him manager said she had heard it herself you have to remember young children eat in here never experienced this in any other McDonald not be back to this one at junction one

Needs to sort staff out whos doing  orders i know some places can forget to put something in a bag once in a while but last couple of times a item is missing but today drive home open bag and half the order is missing how you can forget to put 5 items in i dont know

Unfortunately, I've just had my last meal here after receiving an incorrect order for the fourth time in a row. Today, I asked for extra Big Tasty sauce in a Big Tasty, which I was greeted with if I wanted to add mayo and mustard, after a 60 second discussion at the drive thru, and explaining there wasnt any mayo or mustard in this burger, it was very clear that I just wanted extra Big Tasty sauce, not mayo and mustard. I did indeed end up getting additional mustard and mayo and made it inedible. As an ex employee of McDonalds, menu knowledge, quality and customer service are extremely lacking here. I'll be going to a properly run franchisee location from now on.
