Guys, Drive through speed really has to improve. Whether it's busy or only two cars in the drive through, the slow speed to deliver orders is criminal. I don't so much blame the staff, more so the management for not caring. Look into how McDonald's do it and improve.
Terrible. I really do enjoy the food but the staff didn’t understand what we said at all. If you have a server that can’t understand you then they shouldn’t be working at all
Main card machine wasn't working and was asked by manager to to use drive through card machine. Thought i had to go outside, I had to ask another member of staff what manager meant. I was served a "Steakhouse" chicken meal was extremely disappointed with the quality of this. Chip portion size and drinks seem to have also shrunk. Price has not. Not sure i will go back to burger king.
We waited over 20mins for our sit-in food order to be called. It seems the manager on duty was more concerned about getting drive-thru orders out than the people sitting in as he could be seen telling staff to keep the drive-thru moving. There were over 30 orders that went out through the window to cars before anyone sitting in got a meal. All four tables that were sitting in had to chase their orders up.

Food and staff were great, the layout is very spacious which is helpful for people like myself who have a buggy to push around, highchairs are also kept in a very visible locationFood: 5/5

Staff is always change , take a long time to order , but food is ok , busy hour can wait for half hour still not able to order
Ordered a takeaway burger with no bacon and guess what I got the bacon. No care about customer food preferences. The burger was dry and average. I have eaten from other locations but this was not up to the standards. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wheelchair accessible
Junction one Antrim where to start place was a mess staff not much better young lady had no name tag to start with, she was depressed took the order and couldn’t be bothered and was ignorant when throwing the change at me but messed about with touch screen kept mumbling to herself she needed another till roll beside her but called another staff member over to get it for her ? all the staff need a lesson in customer service most depressed place no atmosphere and poorly run avoid at all costs
