I know the Tories are in power but where is my Milk McDonlads? No milk in the drive thru great! I'm even saltier than the fries they sent out, is there a shortage of salt too? Abysmal!
Adam was super - helpful, thinking outside the box. As a full time truck driver, obviously cannot get to drive through in the truck. Adam let me walk through without any doubts and even made my order ready within minutes. Outstanding customer service! Will definitely mention this MCD branch to my fellow colleagues to use their service while being on the break when driving!
The staff are always friendly and welcoming in an extremely busy restaurant which is visited by customers that are far from friendly at times. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and if a 'rare' mistake is made with your order they are so apologetic and eager to correct that error for you. The McDonalds food/drinks are pretty standard in their restaurants but the staff aren't so let's show some appreciation for them please.
Made me sick later on after having triple cheese burger and chicken wrap. Not one member of staff was wearing a hat net and read reviews of hair in food. One girl on shift 1pm to 2pm 6/1/2023 had the longest ponytail out no wonder there was hair in people's food. I think they need to work on better hygiene.
Always packed. Always a mess. If you get what you ordered, you've been very luck. Whatever food you do get, it is always put together in a rush as it's thrown together in a heap. Always cold and they no longer understand the meaning of the word 'fast'. Not very pleasant to walk in through a crowd if vaping delivery drivers who just stare at you like you're an alien! Just a terrible place overall.
Always use the drive through so can't really comment on the internals. Located in the Cheshire Oaks retail park this place is always busy. They do however seem to be fairly efficient in keeping the traffic flowing through. The food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's.Food: 5/5
Typical McRubbish. OK if it's an emergency. And no disrespect to the staff. But I wouldn't feed this stuff to my dog. On the other hand. Premises were very clean and well managed.Food: 2/5
Was eating my bigmac and found 2 pieces of hair on my burger, spoke to the manager and he said oh sorry they wear hair nets in kitchen which none were presnt from observation... One of the staff on the front of house was touching her hair then bagging up the food... how disgusting... The cleaners were coming up to clear the table whilst still eating, overall awful experience....
First off the breakfast is amazing, hash browns, pancakes and potato waffles are godly. Service in-house is good and the staff are friendly, but the delivery is awful. About 80% of the time I order, something is missing. To the point where if I really want McDonald's I have to order 2 things because I don't want to be left without something to eat. Usually the McPlant is missing, once I made the mistake of ordering just a McPlant meal and ended up only having fries and a drink and was gutted. Other time it was a missing breakfast sandwich. They really need a better system for when items aren't available instead of just sending out half an order, I've not had this problem with other McDonalds'. Vegetarian options: McPlant is great but never turns up on delivery
For a change I had a chicken wrap. Much tastier and healthier choice than a burger. Place looked clean. Server a bit miserable tho. Shame about the screaming kids but I guess it goes with the territory.Food: 4/5
