The staff were lovely, the food was just as good. Although the wait times were a little long, but at the end of the day, the staff were so overrun - bless them. I felt really sorry for them.  While this isn't an issue that the restaurant can solve and more an issue that the members of the public have to solve, some people's children were a little out of control but they were mostly polite.  Other than that, I would go here again.

Spent over £20 mcflurry had tiny bit of malteser in! Complained got nowhere just asking for the receipt which I didn't have explained this sent a photo but it wasn't good enough!! Will not be returningFood: 1/5

I don't know what to say about these places, and it's not isolated to any single branch. I'd say victims of their own success, but when the name of the game is volume of customers rather than quality, cleanliness, or anything positive.... It beggars belief why people insist on going. If I didn't have kids I'd never set foot.Food: 2/5

This is a place to go if you are in desperate need of food, but don't expect to get what you have ordered, or if you do, not all at the same time.... the Staff have to learn I totally understand that, but they are simply not upto the standard that would be expected to serve the public..... with  management structure that are not bothered whether they have staff that can do the job, so long as they have enough bodies on shift. Poor poor quality of take away.....

I didn't order anything as I went to the one till to order as only had cash on me..nasty word in your establishment I know. I was ignored for 10 minutes so left. That said, I pitied the cleaners as a group of women with children wearing boots & wellies caked in mud, happily scraping it off on the stools!Food: 1/5

My honest review is that it was dreadful. Litter all over the car park. Door was locked at 23:00. Food was cold. Drive through honestly took 20 mins to even be served. Then we were waiting for a while to be given food. Seriously very poor. Don’t go this maccies after 22:00.

No impressed - visited last Sunday at 10am. Ordered 2 x double sausage and egg McMuffin meals. 1 of the burgers was saturated with fat. As I opened the packaging the fat ran out, the bottom layer of the muffin had absorbed alot of fat and just fell apart. The burgers were very greasy, clearly these burgers had gone direct from the deep fat fryer to the sandwich.......very disappointing!!!! Waited along while to get these aswell.

Last couple of times the food is cold, the cheese on the burgers haven’t even melted as they are that cold. Most of the time the orders are wrong or the milkshake is like milk. Now they are charging 10p for sauces. Majority of the time the order is wrong, they just put in the bag what ever they want. Pointless ordering your food, might as well just request a lucky dip as that is what happens anyway.

Food came out quickly but it was luke warm. Tried to charge me 10p for sauce...any McDonalds automatically loses 1 star from me if they do this.

The man that served us was so lovely pity could not say the same about food and drink, sent drink back as cild, burger wasnt much warmer with NO tomato sauce on the burger!!  Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was not far from the entrance i found that it was easy clear space to get out of our van with my walking stick
